David Ellison

Founding Attorney

Attorney David Ellison is the Founding Attorney of Ellison Law LLC. Attorney Ellison created the firm because he believes that when you are going through the legal system, it is important to have a lawyer who treats you with compassion, respect, and dignity. He believes that your criminal defense lawyer should be honest, strategic and provide a high-quality legal service. This stems from his belief that his clients are people who deserve to have their day in court. His top priority is protecting his client’s rights, and he takes pride in fighting for his clients and treating his clients as human beings rather than another number in the system.

Allyson Quay

Associate Attorney

Attorney Allyson Quay is an Associate Attorney for Ellison Law LLC. She attended law school with Attorney David Ellison. While in law school, both Attorney Ellison and Attorney Quay recognized each other’s passion for criminal defense.

Now an experienced criminal defense attorney, Allyson has focused on driving offenses, representing clients charged with Driving Under the Influence/ Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test as well as other misdemeanors and felonies. Allyson…

Laurie Ellison

Operations Manager

Laurie Ellison is the Operations Manager for Ellison Law LLC. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Ellison Law, she worked as an Internal Audit Manager for the State of Rhode Island and was a Senior Associate at a local public accounting firm in Providence, Rhode Island.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to that, she obtained an Associate Degree from the Community College of Rhode Island.

Ivone Matcovich

Operations Assistant

Ivone Matcovich is an Operations Assistant at Ellison Law LLC. Ivone is one of the first points of contact for all of our new and existing clients. When you call us, she is one of the first people to answer the phone. She ensures that each client receives the highest level of service possible.

Ivone works remotely, allowing her to balance her time between working and her family and personal endeavors. She earned her Bachelors of English in Education and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Hector Botero is an Operations Assistant for Ellison Law LLC. He has a passion for working with and helping people. He is one of the first points of contact for all our new and existing clients. Hector ensures each person receives exceptional customer service.

Hector is in charge performing a variety of administrative tasks. He handles marketing-related tasks including creating content for social media.
