Possession of Large Capacity Feeding Device Dismissed

Our client was charged with Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device in Massachusetts. This is a serious felony that can result in jail time, probation, a criminal conviction, and/or fines and fees.

We did our own investigation into the charges. We were able to show facts and circumstances about what happened with our client to show our client’s innocence.

As a result of our presentation, the charges were dismissed against our client.
