Not Responsible/Dismissed – Speeding Ticket Massachusetts

Our client received a citation charging them with Speeding in Massachusetts, which is a traffic citation. Our client decided to have a Show Cause hearing to fight the ticket. There was a member of the State Police in Massachusetts who gave testimony on behalf of the police. We presented our version of events. As a result, the Clerk Magistrate found our client Not Responsible for Speeding and the citation was dismissed.
