Possession of Alcohol by Minor Dismissed and Sealed

Our client was charged with Possession of Alcohol by a Minor in the State of Rhode Island, which is a criminal offense. We gathered evidence in the case and then spoke with the police about the situation that happened. After negotiating with the police, they agreed to dismiss the charge. We then filed a Motion to Seal with the judge to have our client’s record sealed to help prevent them from having a criminal record. The Motion to Seal was granted.
