License Reinstated from Rhode Island DMV Medical Advisory Board

Our client came to us with a license suspension issue from the DMV in Rhode Island. Their suspension was due to a medical issue. We were able to obtain documents and medical records. We also requested a hearing to appeal the suspension with the RI DMV Medical Advisory Board. At the hearing we presented arguments and submitted a Motorist Memorandum in Support of Restoring License.

As a result of our argument and memo, the Board voted to reinstate our client’s license.
