Dismissed – Assault and Battery/Disorderly Conduct

Our client was charged with Assault and Battery and Disorderly Conduct. After meeting with our client and doing a subsequent investigation into the charges, we were able to bring information to the prosecution. After our conference with the prosecution, the charges were dismissed because the prosecution was unable to proceed.
