Dismissed – Uttering a False Prescription & Obtaining a Drug by Fraud

Our client was charged with Uttering a False Prescription, Obtaining a Drug by Fraud, Possession of a Class B Drug and Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Laws. We filed Discovery Motions to obtain evidence and information about the case. Throughout the discovery process, we learned that the police had lot some key evidence in the case. As a result, we spoke to the District Attorney about the case and through our conversations were able to convince them to dismiss the case. As a result, all charges were dismissed against our client.
