No Complaint Issues at Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing in Massachusetts

Our client was charged with Keeping a Noisy and Disorderly House in Massachusetts for an alleged incident with their neighbors. They were summonsed in for a Clerk Magistrate’s hearing. We made arguments to the Clerk on why a complaint should not issue. As a result, the Clerk did not issue a complaint and set the case down for a further date. If our client has no new violations in that time – the case will be dismissed.
