Dismissed: Trespassing

Our client was charged with trespassing. After negotiating with the prosecutor, we were able to convince them to dismiss the charges outright. We explained our client’s life circumstances and all of the positive things they were working on since the charges issued. The prosecutor agreed the charges should be dismissed.
