Not Guilty – Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol

Outcome: Not Guilty

Description: Client was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol while he was parked in a parking lot. Client allegedly “failed” the field sobriety tests. Client maintained his innocence and that he was not operating the car or impaired from alcohol. After trial, my client was found not guilty.
