Attorney David Ellison represented a client charged with Assault and Battery on an Intellectually Disabled Person, Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon and Assault and Battery. After a two-day jury trial with eight witnesses, the jury found Attorney Ellison’s client Not Guilty of all charges. The Sun Chronicle wrote an article about the trial. Attorney Ellison was quoted in the article saying, “We’re pleased with the jury’s verdict which found the defendant not guilty of the charges and exonerated him.”
