Assault with a Dangerous Weapon Dismissed

Our client was charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon in Massachusetts. This is a felony criminal charge. We did our own investigation into the case by talking to witnesses. As a result, we decided to select a trial date. At the trial, the prosecution was required to bring in witnesses and evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. On the trial date, the prosecution could not meet its burden. Therefore, the charges were dismissed.
