32F Violation Withdrawn in Rhode Island

Our client was given a 32F violation notice for violating a one year filing in Rhode Island. Our client was charged with a new criminal charge. After speaking with the prosecution and going over all of the evidence in the case — along with our client’s life circumstances — the prosecution agreed to dismiss the new criminal charge. They also agreed to withdraw the 32F violation and our client was able to keep their one year filing in place.
