Duty to Give Info, Render Aid, Report Accident to Police Dismissed on the Day of Trial in Rhode Island

Our client was charged with Duty to Give Information and Render Aid in Rhode Island. Both of these are civil traffic violations in Rhode Island. They have potential penalties of a fine, license suspension and/or negatively affecting your driving record.
