Motion to Seal Granted in Rhode Island

Our client hired us on a separate collateral matter. While looking up their Rhode Island record, we noticed they had dismissed charges from the past. Our client had domestic assault charges in Rhode Island that were fairly old that had been dismissed. Our client did not realize that the charges could be sealed.

We had our client fill out some paperwork and filed a Motion to Seal on their behalf. As a result, the charges have been sealed and removed from their record.
