No Complaint Issued at Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing for Inhaling Glue/Toxic Substance in Massachusetts

Our client received a Summons for a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing in Massachusetts for Inhaling Glue/Toxic Substance.
