Speeding Ticket Dismissed on the Day of Trial in Rhode Island

Our client was driving their car and was accused of speeding in Rhode Island. Speeding is a civil traffic violation that can result in fines, driver retaining and a potential license suspension.

After multiple court dates and discussion with the police we decided to put the case on for trial. On the day of the trial we discussed the circumstances of the ticket as well as explained our clients background. After the discussion the police agreed to dismiss the charges. As a result, our client did not have to face any to the potential consequences associated with this charge.
