Motion to Expunge Allowed – Washington County Superior Court in Rhode Island

Our client had an old misdemeanor conviction that was originally charged as a felony in Washington County Superior Court in Rhode Island. We determined that our client was eligible to file a Motion to Expunge their charges.

The case was scheduled for a hearing. As a result, the judge granted the Motion to Expunge, which helped clear up our client’s criminal record.
