Not Guilty After Trial – Violation of a No Contact Order Rhode Island

Our client was charged with Violation of a No Contact Order in Rhode Island. This is a misdemeanor offense in Rhode Island. Our client came to us and showed us evidence that could help show he was not guilty. We did our own investigation into the allegations, including interviewing witnesses.

Our client decided to have a trial on the allegations. At the trial, the prosecution had to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he willfully violated the no contact order.
