Simple Assault and Battery and Disorderly Conduct Dismissed Rhode Island

Our client was charged disorderly conduct and assault and battery in Rhode Island. Both charges are criminal offenses in Rhode Island. We performed an investigation into the charges. As a result of our investigation, we were able to discuss the charges with the prosecutor and successfully negotiate a dismissal of both charges for our client. This prevented our client from having a criminal record, having to pay fines and/or spend time in jail.
