Assault Dismissed Prior to Arraignment in Massachusetts

Our client was charged with Assault in Massachusetts. This is a criminal offense that has potential punishments of jail, probation, fines and fees and a potential criminal record. After doing our own investigation into the case and gathering all the facts and circumstances, we created a “mitigation packet” for the prosecutors. As a result of our submission, the prosecution agreed to dismiss the charges prior to arraignment. This helped our client preserve their criminal record.
