Client Immediately Released From Jail in Rhode Island

Our client hired us while they were at the ACI in jail. They were charged with a new felony charge and were considered a probation violator in both Superior Court and District Court. We immediately did our own investigation into the new charges. We were able to find a witness that day who agreed to testify on our client’s behalf. We found the prosecutor and got them to agree to release our client. We were able to get the cases advanced so our client would not have to spend extra time in jail waiting for their court dates. As a result, they were released from the ACI prior to their scheduled court hearings.
