Dismissed – Leaving the Scene of Property Damage and Negligent Operation in Massachusetts

Our client was charged with Leaving the Scene of Property Damage and Negligent Operation in Massachusetts. Both of these offenses are misdemeanor offenses. They have potential jail time and a potential license suspension associated with them as possible penalties.

After we did our own investigation into the allegations, we were able to have a conversation with the District Attorney. From that conversation, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss both charges against our client.
