Dismissed – Strangulation/Suffocation, A&B on a Family/Household Member, Witness Intimidation, Larceny Under $1,200, and Vandalism

Our client was charged with Strangulation/Suffocation, A&B on a Family/Household Member, Witness Intimidation, Larceny Under $1,200, and Vandalism. We did our own investigation of the case and decided to pick a trial date. On the day of trial, the Government’s witness decided to plead the 5th Amendment Privilege and not testify. This was done after facts were uncovered from our investigation. All charges were then dismissed.
