Dismissed – Witness Intimidation & Assault and Battery on a Family/Household Member

Our client was charged with Witness Intimidation & Assault and Battery on a Family/Household Member. After doing our own investigation into the case, we reported information to the Commonwealth. After consideration of this information, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts was unable to go forward on the charges because they did not have enough evidence to prove the charges. As a result, we requested the judge dismiss the charges. Our motion was granted and the charges of Witness Intimidation & Assault and Battery on a Family/Household Member were dismissed.
