Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Reckless Driving, and Eluding Police Dismissed in Rhode Island

Our client was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving, and Eluding Police in Rhode Island. Driving Under the Influence is a misdemeanor criminal offense in Rhode Island and has mandatory punishments of a license suspension, fines and fees, alcohol counseling or DUI school and community service.
