Our client was accused of Driving with an Expired Registration and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance in Rhode Island. Both of these are traffic violations and carry fines and potential penalties of a license suspension. 

We sat down with our client to understand the case better and then delve into gathering the necessary documentation. We appeared in court for the first time and presented the circumstances to the judge. The judge agreed to dismiss our client’s case. 

Therefore, our client was able to avoid the penalties associated with these charges.
