DUI Dismissed Rhode Island

Our client was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in Rhode Island. DUI is a misdemeanor criminal offense in Rhode Island and has mandatory punishments of a license suspension, fines and fees, alcohol counseling or DUI school and community service.

We were able to obtain evidence in the case. After negotiations with the prosecution, the DUI charge was dismissed.
