DUI Reduced to Reckless Driving Rhode Island

Our client was charged with a DUI in Rhode Island. This is a criminal offense that has potential penalties of jail, probation, a fine, a criminal conviction, community service, DUI school or alcohol treatment, and a license suspension. After discussing the circumstances of what happened and explaining our client’s life to the prosecution and police, they agreed to amend the charge to Reckless Driving.
