Failure to Stop/Yield- Not Responsible – Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Appeal

Our client was charged with Failure to Stop/Yield in Massachusetts. We decided to appeal the traffic citation to a Clerk Magistrate in Massachusetts. We presented our side of what happened using photographs and maps. As a result of hearing our version, our client was found Not Responsible by the Clerk Magistrate.
