Leaving the Scene of Property Damage Massachusetts – Dismissed

Our client was charged with Leaving the Scene of Property Damage in Massachusetts. This is a misdemeanor criminal offense that has possible punishments of jail, probation, a license suspension and a potential criminal conviction.

We did our own investigation into what happened by gathering evidence. We conferenced the case with the prosecutor. We showed the evidence we obtained to the prosecutor. As a result of this conference, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the charges against our client.
