License Reinstated from RMV Board of Appeal

Our client came to us with a license suspension issue from the RMV in Massachusetts. Their suspension was to due to a medical issue. We were able to gather documents and medical records. We appealed the RMV’s license suspension decision to the RMV Board of Appeal. We wrote a memorandum for our client and submitted it with documents to the Board of Appeal.

As a result of our arguments and submission, the Board voted to reinstate our client’s license.
