Motion to Expunge in Rhode Island Superior Court Allowed

Our client had an old felony conviction in Rhode Island that they wanted expunged. We determined that our client was eligible to file a Motion to Expunge their charges. The case was scheduled for a hearing. As a result, the judge granted the Motion to Expunge, which helped clear up our client’s criminal record.
