Motions to Expunge Allowed in Rhode Island

Our client came to us with an old felony conviction in Rhode Island that was showing up on their BCI. However, since it was so old, there were not good records of the conviction. We were able to find the records at the Judicial Records Center and file a Motion to Expunge with clerk’s office. That Motion to Expunge was allowed by a judge and our client’s record was expunged.
