No Complaint Issues at Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing for Leaving the Scene of Personal Injury

Our client received a notice for a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing in Massachusetts where they were being cited for Leaving the Scene of Personal Injury, which is a criminal offense in Massachusetts.
