Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended License in Massachusetts Dismissed at Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing

Our client received a citation from an accident that charged them with Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended License, which is a criminal offense in Massachusetts. Our client requested a Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing for the charge.

At the Clerk Magistrate’s Hearing, we explained the circumstances of what happened and made arguments to the Clerk. As a result of our presentation and argument, the Clerk Magistrate decided to dismiss the application for complaint. Our client was able to avoid having a criminal record on this charge.
