Possession of Marijuana – Dismissed Rhode Island

Our client was charged with possession of Marijuana over an ounce in Rhode Island. At the time of getting charged, this is a criminal offense in Rhode Island.

After much discussions with the prosecution, we eventually were able to negotiate a dismissal on our client’s behalf.
