Reckless Driving Dismissed

Our client was charged with Reckless Driving in Rhode Island. Reckless driving is a misdemeanor crime that can result in a license suspension, potential jail time, probation, fines and fees.

After much deliberations with the prosecutor, we were able to explain life circumstances surrounding our client and issues with the allegations that resulted in the prosecutor agreeing to dismiss the criminal charge of Reckless Driving against our client.
