Record Sealed and Charges Dismissed – Domestic Vandalism

June, 2019

Our client was charged with domestic vandalism in Rhode Island for destroying their significant other’s clothes. After doing our own investigation, we were able to speak with the prosecutor about the case and convince them to dismiss the charges. The charges were dismissed. As always, it is important that we protect our client’s record. We filed a Motion to Seal the charges, which was allowed. This Motion to Seal prevents our client from having the charges on their BCI criminal record.
