Returned License at RMV Hearing

Our client had their license indefinitely suspended due to an “immediate threat suspension” in Massachusetts. We decided to go to a Hearing at the RMV, which a person is entitled to when the RMV makes a decision about their license. At the Hearing, we were able to convince the RMV officer to give our client back their license back once they complete a couple of conditions.
