Simple Assault and Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest Dismissed in Rhode Island

Our client was charged with Simple Assault and Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest in Rhode Island. These charges are criminal offenses in Rhode Island. We performed an investigation into the charges. As a result of our investigation, we discussed the charges with the prosecutor and successfully negotiated a dismissal of all charges for our client. This prevented our client from having a criminal record, having to pay fines and/or spend time in jail.
