Speeding Ticket Dismissed on the Day of Trial in Rhode Island

Our client was driving their car and was accused of speeding in Rhode Island. Speeding is a civil traffic violation that can result in fines, driver retaining and a potential license suspension.

We started a thorough internal investigation by gathering evidence. We also discussed the circumstances of the case with our client and learned about our clients background. On the day of the trial we were prepared to present our arguments.

After a discussion with the judge, prior to the beginning of the trial, the judge agreed to dismiss the charges against our client. As a result, our client did not have to face any to the potential consequences associated with this charge.
