Speeding Ticket Dismissed Rhode Island

Our client was accused of speeding in Rhode Island. Speeding is a civil traffic violation, which can lead to a range of penalties including fines, mandatory driver retraining, and even a potential license suspension. 

We promptly took action by appearing in court on behalf of our client. Our team reviewed the case to develop a strategic approach for this case. We negotiated with the prosecutor and worked closely with the court to explore all ways of resolution. 

We were able to convince the prosecutor to lower the speed of the ticket. As a result, our efforts allowed our client to resolve the matter with a dismissal of the case based on the good driving record statute. This statute allowed for us to recognize our client’s previously unblemished driving history to allow for the dismissal of the charge. As a result, our client was spared from fines and license suspension and preserved their driving record.
