Not Guilty – Threats to Murder

Outcome: Not Guilty

Description: Client was charged with allegedly making phone calls and sending text messages to his girlfriend threatening to kill her. My client was offered jail time in exchange for a guilty plea and my client declined. Client decided to take the case to trial. After a two-day long jury trial, the jury found him not guilty and acquitted him of all charges.
