Vandalism Dismissed in Rhode Island

Our client was charged with Vandalism in Rhode Island. Vandalism is considered a property crime and classified as a misdemeanor in Rhode Island. The potential penalties for a vandalism conviction include a criminal record, up to one year in jail, fines up to $1,000, potential restitution to the alleged victim, and potential community service.
